Distributor & Territory Supervisor UFS
Job Description :
• To achieve of the agreed Sales Budgets in terms of sales volume and or sales value.
• Effective alignment regarding product availability in customer level with Pull team
• Monitor pricing & ensure application of correct prices at customer
• Implement standard of UFS selling skill and chefmanship skill
• Build strong relationship with customer and distributor
• Manages Distributor sales force routes and customers and distributors by meeting, reviewing routes, in order to achieve sales target, availability, market share and ensure territorial integrity in his assigned area
• Manages and develops sales professionals and distributors reporting to him by implementing policies and procedures, attending to their needs and concerns, conducting per-take off meetings, performance review, route riding, and in order to ensure that dealership program and human resources are developed to potentials and sales targets are met
