Persyaratan :
- Pendidikan D3 / S1
- Pengalaman Min 1 Tahun Sebagai IT Support / IT Staff
- Pengetahuan dan Troubleshooting Software, Hardware, Network problem
- Ketrampilan Nila tambah jika mengerti Programming Java, Mampu berkerja sama dengan team
- Kemampuan Bahas Indonesia – Active Bahasa Inggris – Min Passive
- Laki Laki
- Usia Max 30 tahun
ORGANIZATION RELATION :
- Report to IT Manager
- Relating to other division to support IT related problem
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS :
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Talking to staff or end user through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replacing parts as required
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if needed)
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Conducting checks on all IT equipment
